The orders are normally processed and handed over to the courier on the working day following the sending of the order confirmation by Comprof Milano srl. Saturday and Sunday will not be considered working days, so orders sent on these two days will be considered sent on the first working day following.
The delivery times to the Customer start from the moment the email confirming the shipment of the products to the Customer is sent by Comprof Milano srl.
For shipments to islands and remote areas, these times may be extended by 1-2 working days. Delivery estimates are indicative and may vary.
No deliveries are made on Italian public holidays.
